4. The garland size for this promotional offer is eight (8) feet long with the use of 9”, 11” and 18” round latex balloons at the price of $99.00. The $139.00 offer includes 5” “bubble” balloons as well. Custom lengths or additional balloons are not permitted with this promotion.
5. You must select a date for the garlands to be picked up when you order between December 1, 2023 and November 30, 2024.
6. Pick ups must be pre-arranged and scheduled Monday through Saturday; pick ups are not permitted on Sundays, major holidays or on holiday weekends. Pick ups are subject to staff availability and may be subject to adjustment due to excessive work schedules.
7. All garlands must be paid in full at the time of ordering.
8. Resale of these garlands is strictly prohibited and will result in the cancellation of any future orders.
9. NO REFUNDS ON THIS OFFER. Cancellations will result in a credit towards a future event, but purchases in this promotion should be considered non-refundable.
10. Same day orders are not accepted on this offer. Your first available date for pick up is December 1, 2023.
